Use these steps to ensure you are set-up to receive Young Living’s bi-weekly newsletter. Their bi-weekly newsletter is called GROW.
Step 1 —
Log into your Young Living virtual office (the new VO)
Step 2 —
Go to “My Account” seen on the left side of the screen
Step 3 —
Go to “My Preferences” also seen on the left side of the screen
Step 4 —
At the top you will see “From Young Living or Upline” — be sure the box beside “Receive email promotional updates . . . ” is “checked.”
If it is ALREADY CHECKED and you are not receiving the YL newsletter CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE so they can help you with this issue. Before you do, be sure you have checked your spam/junk folder to ensure they are not routing there.
Step 5 —
IMPORTANT: If you had to make any changes to this page you MUST click/touch SAVE at the bottom right of the page.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: If your settings are already set to “ON” and you are not receiving this newsletter via e-mail you will need to check the following:
Start by checking to see if the e-mail is being routed to your spam/junk folder.
If you are not finding it there then one of two things could be happening (1) your e-mail client settings are set to permanently delete what is considered spam without you seeing it — or (2) your e-mail address was entered incorrectly in your virtual office, go to your profile in the VO and check to see if your e-mail address is typed properly. If none of these apply you will need to contact Young Living directly at 800.371.3515
