We did some “digging” and finally have a confirmed response to the BIG question, “what happens when someone has a qualifying PV order, is NOT on autoship (Essential Rewards program) and one of the bonus items is essential reward points?
Here’s what happens:
The person WILL receive the essential reward bonus points (for example, February 2016 is 20 essential reward points).
The points WILL be on that persons account.
However, that person CANNOT use those points unless they sign up for the essential rewards program within the 12-month period, from the date the points were awarded.
Remember, all essential reward points earned expire 12 months (1 year) after the points are earned. So, technically, you would need to sign up AND use those points earned ONE DAY before the points are set to expire.
Someone else asked, do you earn the points twice, if you make a qualifying order through quick order and through essential rewards. The answer is, yes.
