  1. I love this! I need something that has time slots for each though. Maybe I can fine something I can print to insert into this one.

  2. What weight of paper have you found to be best to print this on so they stand up to the use and flipping of pages with the ARC system? These are really nice.

  3. This is great! Thank you so much! So kind that you share it with all of us!
I really love the way you focussed to YL.
I always use a week on 2 pages and daily inserts. Could I ask for something like that? I would love to have my whole planner with the same lay-out.

    1. There are two sizes available for the ARC notebook system. One is a half-page version and the other a full-page version. This is for the full page, 9 3/8″ x 11 1/4″ size ARC notebook system, which fits regular size 8.5″ x 11″ paper. We have clarified this in the post. Thanks for asking.

  4. love this! Thank you so much! What about an expense sheet? Maybe class info (what to take, purchased items, Mileage…etc) with a column for expenses?

  5. This is fantastic! I just started with Young Living and this is just the thing to get me off to a great start in the new year! Thank you!

  6. This is beautiful so well thought out! Has anyone printed out this planner for a year’s worth of pages in color from Staples? Looking for just an average ballpark figure of what it might cost.

    1. If you go to the Staple’s website you can upload the pages and it will provide you with an estimate. 🙂 or take them to your local Staple’s and they can give you an estimate there.

We found that color printing is much, much less expensive if we do it ourselves. This is the printer we use:

  7. You are so awesome for all of these & appreciate that it is free!!! can’t wait to you finish with all of these so I can have them printed 😉
    we appreciate you so much!!!!

  8. Thank you so much! Organization is always a challenge for me, and 2016 just got a lot more promising!!! 🙂 Thank you for all of your hard work and for giving back and sharing your artistic gift! God Bless!

  9. Thank you for all your hard work putting this together. I have just printed and looking forward to using it in the New Year

  10. I said 2016 was going to be my year…this is a major step in helping that to happen! Thanks can’t express my gratitude. May God keep blessing you even as you are blessing others!

  11. I love this!! Wonderful, thanks so much! I would love to see a page like the lead sheet but for our downline members. Where we can put our members info with their member number, joined date, birthdays, social groups we added them to etc etc all on same page.

  12. Dear Essentially Awakened,

Thank you for sharing all you wonderful graphics and ideas.

God bless you and Merry Christmas, Tim and Sharon Gore

  13. I love the team sheets. I prefer that format for my leads as well. So I would use the team sheet and change the lines to capture information like where you met them, if they attended any events, etc.

  14. This is amazing. Thank you. Do you think you will make a mini version to go in a Avery mini binder. I’m trying to figure out how to convert it myself. Not great with the computer yet. Awesome Job

  15. I would love a mini price list for some popular oils, as well as maybe a price per drop to have as a quick reference? You guys are awesome, can’t wait to get this printed!

  16. What a blessing this is! I have seen other planners but just didn’t want to put out the $ at this time; this looks great!

  17. Wow, I was just telling myself that my yearly goal to get organized probably requires that I find a planner. I was bummed that I’d have to wait since our budget is screwed up until my hubby can get back to work. Less than 5 minutes later, I just happened upon this in my oil biz group, it was meant to be! Thanks so much!!

  18. Absolutely love this and thank you for taking your time to create this. I am putting mine together right now. I do have a request. There are items that I like on both Team Tracker versions. I like having one page per person though so that you can keep people alphabetized. But I would love to have all of the information on version 2 on version 1. There is so much great and valuable information from version 2, but I like the ability to write down specifics from the care calls as on version 1. Is there any way you can combine the 2? Pretty please….

  19. I would love to see a monthly calendar on a 2 page spread.

Everything looks awesome! Thanks for the hard work and making Kentucky look good!

  20. I just assembled mine last night!! LOOOOVE it! Much better than any fancy one I could have ordered! This will be my daily life! Any chance you have a meal menu? So I can write down pre-planned meals for the week?

  21. This is wonderful! I’m just getting started on the business side so this is a great way to help me start of 2016 right! Thank you!

  22. This is so helpful for getting my business organized. I would love a Team ER Calendar… something like the one for birthdays, but to write my team members names, processing date and pv order.

  23. I already had a planner for 2016 but have LOVED your downloadable YL specific pages to supplement my calendar and help me stay organized! I would love to have a cute mileage log. I see the expense tracker has mileage but I’m having a hard time finding a cute mileage tracker anywhere!
Thanks for all the hard work you put into helping us stay organized and shareable graphics (your Care Club cards have been a big help!)

    1. There is a link to download the basics for the planner but there is not a link to download every page. We are constantly adding new pages and if we made one zip file with all the pages available now, the zip file would be much too large to download for many people.
      Thanks for asking.

  24. This is phenomenal, thank you so much! Which of these sheets would be the closest to the YouInfuse team packets? They’re no longer available, and I would love to have some sheets that focus on one team member, their likes, interests, personality color, goals, rank advancements, space for a photo, etc. I created the cover for the team binder, which matches the theme of your planner pages. I’d be happy to share it with you!

  25. Thank you so much for this great system! Would you happen to have a page for planning a class/event (similar to the Make/Take Party)? I’d love a way to log RSVP, people invited, supplies needed, etc. Thank you!

    1. Julie,

We design these so that they can be downloaded and printed. We’ve heard that many YL members are selecting the pages they like most, downloading those files, then sending them (or taking them directly) to their office supply store (Staples, Office Depot, etc.) and having them printed and bound there.

Hope that helps and thanks for writing.

  26. I love your pages…they make me happy just looking at them! Not to mention, they motivate me as well as keep me organized. Is there any way to get a recipe page? Since I’m just getting started I would like a place I can write down the recipe, how it was used and a place for my notes (good, bad, too much of this, not enough of that, etc). Maybe 2 per page? And maybe a place to put what it is (rollerball, lotion, diffuser, body butter, etc). Keep up the great work!!

        1. The vitality line organizer page is there, a little more than halfway down the page, and a little up from the bottom. However, we have not updated this page since the additions to the vitality line took place last year. It is on the list to update but cannot tell you when it will happen. Thanks for writing.

  27. Thank you so much for these BEAUTIFUL pages!! I learned of your site from my up line today!!! WOW!! I really appreciate your knowledge and sharing it!!!

  28. I have been looking for and researching planners and journals for several months. I had forgotten about this one being posted before and saw it again the other day. I immediately knew this was the one I wanted/needed. It is absolutely perfect. I just printed it off to put in a notebook. I am looking forward to any new additions. Thank you all so much for coming up with such a wonderful asset to our businesses.

    1. Hi Tammy,

It is much better to leave this to the experts . . . Young Living Conduct and Education has put together a wonderful 52-page document of approved product claims. They will continue to add to this document so keep an eye on it to continue to grow.

In many cases, finding an alternative to a word that is non-compliant, is not a solution because you would still be implying the claim. Compliance is not just about a word but about the overall message you are sending with the statement. It is much better to use statements/claims that Young Living has approved.

Look for the 52-page document under “Member Resources” in your virtual office.

      Thanks for writing.
      The Oil Posse Team

  29. Thank you so much for creating and providing these great tools. I am confident that these are going to make my and my members lives so much better!

  30. Ladies! You are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No, that’s not a good enough word; how about EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No that’s not good enough either…………………..

    1. There is no longer a zip file as there are too many pages available now. Thank you for catching this oversight. We have corrected the page to reflect this change.

      Thanks for writing.

  31. Thank You so very much for all the work you put into providing all of us with information in such a beautiful useable format. It takes me for ever to make simple documents and the things that you provide makes my life so much easier and I am truly thankful!

  32. A reminder page of what each color bottle means. I’ve read it before but to have a written reference would be great… maybe on tear sheets to give to others?

    1. When YL was beginning, the bottle colors were categorized, however, as the company grew that was quickly abandoned. Anything circulating now claiming the color of the bottles have meaning is not valid. Please help spread the word. You can validate via YL Product Support department (

      Thanks for writing

  33. Thank your so much for this! Is it possible to have a cover page like 2016’a that has those colors so it matches the rest of the pages? Love how it wasn’t specific to money as the growing green 2017 suggests.

  34. This is great!!! Do you have a page for each oil in the PSK with just the oil name/image and then a bunch of blank lines underneath so people can take notes on the oils during classes (or to add to their planner once we learn a new use for the oil, etc?)

  35. I appreciate your efforts in making these!
I printed the NOTES page so I could write down some verses and affirmations that I need to read every day. I saved the png previews of blends, etc and printed them on half a page so that I could mark off which ones I have focused on in my team group that year or have made graphics for. I’m going to use the birthday one..could be used for real bdays or YL anniversary dates. Love many others too.

On idea I would like to see is a double page spread Calendar set (for larger squares but still in a binder). That was something that was very difficult for me to find online for some reason.

    Thanks so much for sharing!

  36. PS…I’d love to see more pages that we can share with our downlines who are not builders so that they can put them in their oily binders. I’m not sure what all that would entail but I have shared some of these with them like the oil lists and recipe cards 🙂

  37. Can you please give me a step by step on how to assemble the planner. I really don’t want to have to buy the hole puncher, would staples assemble it for me?

    1. Hi Julie,

Thanks for writing. Just select the pages you would like in your planner, download them, then you can upload them in the order you would like them to be in your planner at a place like Office Depot or Staples. Someone said they used VistaPrint for theirs but we have not tried printing multiple pages through them so cannot guarantee that will work. We have done this through Office Depot and Staples and both did a great job. If you do not want to use an ARC notebook system then you can have one of these places bind it for you.

  38. Love love this thank you. Is there a spot where I can just download all whole planner instead of downloading each section?

  39. This is amazing! Do you by chance have one PDF with all of the pages in it? It’s worth an ask, but I’m also OK printing out page by page. Thank you so much for your efforts and pulling this all together and for sharing it, especially for free. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  40. I love the idea of Team Tracker: movers and shakers, but I’m finding the space is not quite as effective. Would it be something you would consider a re-design to help me out? I just LOVE LOVE LOVE your planner!

I find that by the time I have someone on my team who is a builder / mover / shaker, a lot of the other information is not as necessary. But having a place to keep their “Why” and the structure of my organization clear? That would be incredible!

the word phone would become “Enroller:”
the words mailing address would become “My Why:” and allow for two lines of text (meaning “how we met” would be deleted)
the words Join Date would become “Member Number”
the words ER date would become “Join Date”
the words favourite Products would become “Favourite Contact Method”

  41. I always LOVE what you offer! Maybe this has been suggested already…any chance a “oilversary” page can be added in the future? Something just like the “birthdays to remember” planner page. Thanks for all you do!

  42. This is amazing!! I’ve been searching the internet UP & DOWN trying to find something like this. Thank you!!!

  43. Thank you for all of these beautiful pages! I love them. I was specifically looking for essential oil inventory pages when I found this amazing and generous resource. Is it possible to have an inventory page available for the vitality line?

  44. Hello! I cannot find the “lead tracker” page you reference in the comment above the “Keep In Touch” page that you say is a spin off of the “lead tracker” Thanks for your help 🙂

  45. Hey..I come across all this by accident & lets say I’M IN LOVE 🙂 i just wish there was junior size in EVERY single thing you have here on the fullsize stuff??? will that ever happen? thanks.
    have a blessed day ladies……

  46. This is truly amazing and a usable, beautifully colored piece of art. I love it. I plan to download and use it. You have no idea how many different planners I have looked at. This makes SENSE.

  47. Love Love Love your material!!! Still reading through some of it but what I have read so far is straight and to the point….doesn’t go on and on like some material I have read. Yet at the same time gives REALLY GOOD information that oilers need. Thank you so much for blessing us with this material! You are too kind to give this amazing material for free!

  48. I am so excited to start using these wonderful pages!!!! Thank you for your time putting these together for us.

  49. Hey, I love your planner. I wonder if there is a way that you could sell it completely put together. I really like your pages and stuff. I love the way yours is designed the colors make me feel happy and excited.
